Agency compliance is demonstrated by

  • meeting of specified legislative obligations and timeframes
  • meeting/exceeding minimum levels of performance against key measures

Continuous improvement is demonstrated by

  • positive trends in results against agency and Housing Registrar key performance indicators
  • achievements against business plan objectives and targets

Agency regulatory review

This is the major regulatory activity of its type undertaken with registered housing agencies. Reviews are conducted between December and March each year after receipt of annual reporting documentation, due within 28 days of an agency's annual general meeting.
