Who should register?

All properties where the Director of Housing owns or has an interest must be managed by registered agencies by December 2008. Any agency wishing to continue to manage these properties or be eligible to manage such properties need to register.

Before seeking registration, any organisations managing such properties should consider and discuss options with their board, local region and, if applicable, other organisations. They need to identify whether housing management will be a significant focus of their future business.
