Registration criteria
The criteria for registering a rental housing agency are outlined under Schedule 7 of the Act. Criteria includes legal and constitutional requirements and capacity of agencies to meet Performance Standards.

Business plan
An agency's business plan is primary evidence to demonstrate capacity to operate either as a housing association or a housing provider. 
We established four criteria for assessing business plans
- agency's approach to business planning
- strategic directions and initiatives in the business plan
- performance measures and outcomes
- key risks and management
