Key components

1. Registration
Describes criteria agencies must meet to be registered, the application and assessment process, and how agencies are advised of outcomes.
2. Compliance & performance
Describes legislative and other agency compliance and reporting requirements. Outlines our key areas of focus, the assessment model, reports we prepare, and how we manage issues that may arise.
3. Financial viability
Describes our model for monitoring and assessing agency ongoing financial viability, including the key performance measures and tools we use.
