Housing Registrar Report 2007-08
Our inaugural Housing Registrar report 2007-08 provides an overview as at June 2008 of the regulated housing sector, its size and scale, and future plans of the sector and its regulator, the Housing Registrar.
The report indicates the significant progress made in the growth of affordable rental housing in Victoria.
At June 2008, there were 12 registered agencies, eight housing associations and four housing providers.
We plan to update this report annually.
