Performance Standards
The Minister for Housing in accordance with the Act established Performance Standards [pdf 182kb] for registered housing agencies. The Standards assist an agency to deliver the best possible rental housing services to its community.
Capacity to meet Performance Standards is assessed at registration. Once registered, all agencies must comply with the Standards. However, Standards are broad and measures of performance assessed against agency scale and complexity, concomitant risks and achievements against business plan.
